Vellure 개인정보 처리방침

Vellure(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 계정 생성이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.

저장되는 데이터

• 사용자가 작성한 메모(텍스트, 체크리스트, 날짜, 진행률 등)는 오직 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다(Apple SwiftData, 앱 그룹 컨테이너).
• 이 데이터는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자를 포함한 누구도 접근할 수 없습니다.

수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 위치, 연락처, 사용 기록, 광고 식별자 등 일체의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
• 분석(Analytics), 광고, 추적(Tracking)을 하지 않으며 제3자 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 앱은 사용자의 데이터를 네트워크로 전송하지 않습니다.

잠금화면 표시(Live Activity)

앱은 사용자가 직접 작성한 메모 내용을 잠금화면 및 다이나믹 아일랜드에 표시할 수 있습니다. 모든 처리는 사용자의 기기 내에서 이루어집니다.

데이터 삭제

앱 내에서 메모를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터가 모두 제거됩니다.

아동의 개인정보

앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 아동을 포함한 모든 사용자가 안전하게 이용할 수 있습니다.

변경 사항

본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

Vellure Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Vellure ("the app") does not collect any personal information. No account or sign-in is required.

Data stored

• Notes you create (text, checklists, dates, progress, etc.) are stored only on your device using Apple SwiftData within an App Group container.
• This data is never transmitted to any external server and is not accessible to anyone, including the developer.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect any personal data such as name, email, location, contacts, usage history, or advertising identifiers.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking, and we include no third-party SDKs.
• The app does not send your data over the network.

Lock Screen display (Live Activity)

The app may display the content of your own notes on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. All processing happens on your device.

Data deletion

Deleting a note within the app, or deleting the app, removes the associated data.

Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information and is safe for all users, including children.

Changes

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
